Port of Los Angeles Animal ER is doctor-owned and doctor-run. That shapes how we treat our patients, and it shapes how we treat each other.

Our team was hand-selected — people we have worked alongside for years and trust with our own patients. We are building a hospital where experienced staff want to stay: where concerns get heard, where nobody is asked to sacrifice patient care to hit a number, and where the person doing the work has a say in how it gets done.

We are an overnight emergency hospital, open 6 PM to 8 AM, seven days a week. The work is demanding and the cases are real. If that is the kind of medicine you want to practise, and you want to do it somewhere that values you while you do it, we would like to hear from you.
